Shipping & Returns
The below terms are subject to change. Updated January 2020.
Delivery within the UK is charged at £3.99 per order with free delivery over £40. Please note we cannot currently ship to PO Boxes.
All orders received by 6pm, will be sent out by Royal Mail tracked the next working day subject to stock availability. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. We will then be able to track the order and investigate the issue further.
Before your order has shipped, you are able to cancel your order by contacting email@example.com, however once shipped, you will need to return the item once you receive it as below and you will be liable for any delivery charges.
Any orders with a value of greater than £40 will be shipped using the signed for royal mail service. The delivery lead time is the same, and any orders received before 6pm will be shipped the next working day, and the order will then arrive within 3-5 working days.
Order Value (exc. postage):
Under £40 = £7
£40 - £99.99 = £15
£100 - £149.99 = £25
£150 - £199 = £30

For orders over £200, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs. Due to their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service. We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community. Prices subject to change without notice.
We cannot guarantee the delivery date of our products and as such we advise ordering in plenty of time. Whilst we make every effort to keep our stock information up to date on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders or withdraw products as required and in such instances we will refund and or offer an alternative based on your preference.
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods. UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days post purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com including your order confirmation number where we will then issue you with a refund reference authorisation number to include with your returned item. You can then send your item to: 101 Bouverie Court, Leeds, LS9 8LB, United Kingdom.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Any free samples or free gifts included with the original purchase must be returned at the same time to be eligible for your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com where we will issue you with a exchange reference authorisation number to include with your returned item, then you can send your item to: 101 Bouverie Court, Leeds, LS9 8LB, United Kingdom.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 101 Bouverie Court, Leeds, LS9 8LB, United Kingdom with the relevant authorisation number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the item remains your property until we have acknowledged receipt of your item.
